If your bike doesn't have a tank ring, you can use our checklist to find out whether one of the universal rings might fit. In general, you only need a model-specific tank ring and a tank bag. No additional adapters are required.
Difference between Lock-it and BASIC tank rings: The general function and operation remains the same. However, compared to the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring only locks purely mechanically.
