Acceptance of order - our contract
When you place an order on our website, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from us. This page and email confirms receipt of your order and its details.
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. To prevent fraud, delivery to an alternative address is possible on 1st orders but delays may occur while extra security checks are carried out. We reserve the right to only send first orders to the registered payment card address. To help combat fraud we may select your order for further fraud screening. This may involve making a small charge to your card and then asking you the card holder to tell us how much that charge was for in order to prove that you have full control over the account. The amount taken will be deducted from your order total ensuring you will never pay any more.
Try as we might, there may be occasions when a product will be mispriced on our website. Please be assured that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedure. If a product's correct price is lower than advertised on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product's correct price is higher than advertised on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If your item is in stock it will usually be shipped next working day. If it is not in stock it will normally be shipped within ten working days. If it was to be any longer you would be notified and of course have the right to cancel. Once dispatched you will receive and email with the tracking information. For us orders deliver will take place in 24-48 hours from dispatch.
All orders are dispatched from the UK (we are near to Nottingham) so there are no taxes etc to pay. We take care of all that when the goods arrive at our warehouse.
The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process.

For in stock items you can come down to our premises and collect. Please let us know if you wish to collect
You can cancel any order prior to it being sent with no charges unless it was a custom or special order. You can cancel by email on info@moto-legends.com and please allow 36 hours for confirmation. Alternatively you may phone to cancel. Orders cancelled within these terms will receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to one week to clear.
Products purchased during our Sale periods are subject to our standard Returns policy.
We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods or colour may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.
Your statutory rights under the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations will apply. Basically, if you wish to return an item, because you have changed your mind, you must make contact with us within a fortnight of receiving your goods. It is your responsibility to make sure that any items you are returning reach us safely, so please remember to take out the appropriate insurance. All goods must reach us in an unused condition, with all the packaging, and all labels, intact, such that they can be re-sold as new items. For items that are not returned as new we may have to make a charge to restore them to as new condition. For items that have been damaged beyond repair we will not refund. We do not refund postage unless the good are faulty.
